About Us
Fellowship That Continues Beyond the Uniform
RSOWA exists to strengthen communication among retired Signals officers, safeguard their welfare, and preserve the traditions of the Corps. Since 1972 the Association has stood as the connecting line between officers who once served together — supporting members through welfare assistance, verified community programs, reunions and a standing network of comrades across the country.
