Chairman’s Message
“When we served, our duty was to make sure no message went unheard. In retirement, our duty is much the same — to make sure no officer, and no family of the Corps, is ever left without support. RSOWA is how we keep that promise. I invite every retired Signals officer to join us and help carry it forward.”
