About Us

Our history, purpose, and the principles that guide every welfare initiative we run.

Our History

Built on a tradition of service and signal

Retired Signals Officers’ Welfare Association was formed by a small group of retired officers who wanted to keep the Corps’ spirit of communication and mutual support alive beyond active duty. What began as informal reunions has grown into a structured association with a formal membership system, welfare fund and nationwide network of members.

Today RSOWA represents officers across ranks and generations — united by the same discipline that once kept communication lines open in the field, now kept open for one another in retirement.
